Fowler Avenue is the only place where USF fans and athletes can come together for exclusive experiences in a safe and compliant way! Fowler Avenue is open to any and all USF fans, whether you're an alumni, born into an USF family, or even just recently become a USF fan! All USF fans are welcome!

As a member of Fowler Avenue, you will be allowed one guest at most non-ticketed events limited to capacity at venues. Minors of Fowler Avenue members are always welcome to attend non-ticketed events as long as the venue is age appropriate and accompanied by the Fowler Avenue member. For private ticketed VIP events, tickets will be available for purchase for guests and children pending age and occupancy restrictions at event venues.

Events can include Twitter Spaces or private Zoom chats with your favorite players, trainings and camps run by USF athletes, and meet and greets with your favorite USF players! If you have a VIP level membership — Stampede, Horns Up, or UnbelievaBULL — you will receive access to exclusive events just for your level of membership.

But, if your business becomes a supporter and official partner of Fowler Avenue, it may qualify as an advertising or marketing expense. No, due to state laws and NCAA interim NIL policies and bylaws, Fowler Avenue is completely independent from USF, the USF Athletics Department, and any USF booster or direct support organizations.

The VIP Fowler Avenue membership provided the opportunity to get unrivaled access and to be on a first-name basis with your favorite USF athletes. As a VIP member of Stampede or Horns Up levels, you will gain access to one-of-a-kind fan experiences, exclusive membership level merchandise, and intimate gatherings with the athletes. These experiences will be for only VIP level members.
